从鄂东南产连翘的乙醇提取物中分得４个化合物，经化学分析和波谱解析分别鉴定为连翘酯甙Ⅰ，熊果酸Ⅱ，β－谷甾醇Ⅲ和琥珀酸Ⅳ．Ⅲ和Ⅳ系首次从该植物中分得．

Four compounds were isolated from the fruit of forsythia suspensa(Thanb.) vahl. According to the chemical and spectroscopic analysis, their structures were identified as forsythoside(Ⅰ),ursilic acid(Ⅱ), β sitosterol(Ⅲ),succinic acid(Ⅳ). Ⅲ and Ⅳ are found from the plant first time.
