摘要
在合成N-氧化吡啶过程中,以稀土杂多酸为催化剂省去了萃取过程.并对影响反应的因素如原料配比、反应时间和反应温度作了详细讨论,当吡啶∶过氧化氢=1mol∶2.5mol,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为4h时。
In process of synthesizing N oxidized pyridine, rare earth hetero polyacid was used as catalyst and extortion was canceled. The influence factors for reaction such as raw material, reaction time and reaction temperature were discussed in detail, when the ratio of pyridine∶ H 2O 2 =1 mol∶2.5 mol was used, the yield of N oxidized pyridine would reach about 93 % at 80 ℃ in 4 h.
