摘要
利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了测定鱼体的鱼血和鱼肝中麻醉剂间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲烷磺酸盐(MS-222)的浓度方法.样品用蒸馏水匀浆,离心15min(12000r·min-1),将上清液用0.45μm过滤膜过滤,用YWG-C18分析柱,流动相为0.2mol·L-1磷酸缓冲液(pH3.1)∶甲醇=85∶15,紫外检测波长223nm,平均回收率87.78%.
This paper reports a high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of finprel(MS 222) in fish blood and hepar using YWG C 18 , 10 μm column with 0.2 mol·L -1 phosphate buffer(pH 3.1)∶ methanol(85∶15) as mobile phase, and detected at 223 nm. The flow rate was 0.7 mL·min -1 . The value of the correlation coefficient was 0.997 1. The average recovery was 87.78 %.
