六次甲基四胺自盐酸溶液中在钢表面上的吸附 被引量:6

摘要 用失重法研究六次甲基四胺对钢在盐酸溶液中温度为30~40℃时的缓蚀作用,应用吸附理论处理数据,发现六次甲基四胺自盐酸溶液中在钢表面上产生了吸附,求得吸附熵为0.21kJ·mol-1.吸附焓为55.48kJ·mol-1,可认为这种吸附是产生缓蚀作用的重要原因.实验还表明:随温度升高,缓蚀率升高. The role of hexamethylenetramine in the corrosion inhibition of mild steel in 1 mol·L -1 HCl over the temperature range 30-40 ℃ was investigated by weight loss method. The experimental data have been treated with adsorption theory. It is found that adsorption of Hexamethylenetetramine from hydrochloric acid solution on steel surface was believed to be an important reason of corrosion inhibition. The enthalpy and entropy of adsorption were calculated. The calculated values are 55.48 kJ·mol -1 and 0.21 kJ·mol -1 . The corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with raising temperature.
