摘要
羊毛角蛋白能够与纤维素直接发生共价交联,因此可利用羊毛角蛋白溶液对纺织品进行改性整理。文章首先采用氢氧化钠、双氧水溶解羊毛,制得角蛋白粉末,并采用高碘酸钠对竹原纤维进行选择性氧化,再利用角蛋白溶液,对制得的氧化竹原纤维进行改性整理,测试并研究了羊毛角蛋白和氧化竹原纤维反应过程中,角蛋白处理时间、处理浓度、处理温度、pH值对氧化竹原纤维增重率和力学性能的影响。整理结果表明:角蛋白溶液处理氧化竹原纤维后在纤维表面吸附成膜并产生增重,同时处理后氧化竹原纤维的力学性能也有所提高。
Wool keratin can take covalent cross-linking reaction with cellulose,so the wool keratin solution can be applied in modified process of textile.In this paper,the cellulose of original bamboo fiber was first prepared by selective oxidation with NaIO4.Then the oxidized original bamboo fiber was treated by wool keratin solution.Effects of consistency,temperature,time and pH value of wool keratin solution on weight gain rate and mechanical properties of oxidized original bamboo fiber were also studied in this paper.Results showed that the surface of oxidized fiber treated by keratin solution formed a film and their weight rose obviously.The mechanical properties of oxidized original bamboo fiber also increased a litter after keratin treatment.
