羊毛/芳纶混纺特种系列纱线生产质量分析

Analysis of production quality on wool/aramid blended special series yarn

通过羊毛与芳纶等特种纤维混纺高品质纱线,指出国产芳纶由散纤至成条及与羊毛条混纺的各关键工序的工艺质量控制要点,选取4种混入不同比例的特种纤维分别纺纱,以实际生产过程容易出现的问题提出相关技术探讨及注意事项。生产结果表明:无论是针织或机织用纱,其纱线测试指标都在一等品的受控范围之内,分别适用于不同用途及性能的服装面料。指出羊毛/芳纶混纺特种系列纱线的研制开发,为精毛纺产品系列拓展高科技含量、高附加值、高品质防护面料提供了先决条件。

In this paper,through high quality wool blended yarn with aramid and other special type of fibers,putting forward that during the production process,aramid fibers become from loose ones to tops and blend with wool tops and the key points of formation and quality control on every key working procedure and notes in the actual production process.Comparing with different mixture of the special fibers,there are also differences in the yarn test index,which is applied to different purposes and performance of fabric and clothing,pointing out that the development of wool /aramid blended special yarns provides prerequisite for the expansion of high technology and high quality protective fabric for the worsted wool products.
