摘要
介绍了交替大肚线的组成成分和纺制设备,提出了采用双芯纱、双沟槽前胶辊的新颖生产方法,叙述了粗纱悬挂位置、芯纱喂入位置和喂入张力对纺制过程的影响,制定了纺线工艺,纺制出线密度为136 tex、大肚粗度为9倍、一个纱线循环中基纱段与大肚段长度比为1∶1的交替大肚线,测试了纱线实际线密度、各组分的实际含量、实际捻度和强伸性能,并对实验结果进行了详细的分析。结果表明:在拟定原料、设备和生产工艺条件下,可以顺利开发花型稳定、手感好、风格独特的交替大肚线。
Component and spinning equipment of alternated big-belly yarn were introduced.A novelty producing method – adopting double core yarn and double grooved front top roller,was pointed out.The influence of the suspended position of rovings,the feeding position and the feeding tension of cores on the spinning process were narrated.The spinning technology was established.The alteranted big-belly yarn was spun,with linear density of 136 tex,big-belly thickness of 9,and the ratio of the base yarn length to the big-belly yarn length of 1∶ 1 in a yarn repeat.The linear density,the actual content of each component,actual twist,and tensile characteristic of the yarn were measured,and a detailed analysis on the measured result was made.The results showed that the alteranted big-belly yarn with stable pattern,good hand feeling and unique characteristics can be obtained smoothly with the selected raw materials,equipment and under the designed processing.
