介绍了底层框架结构的震害特点 ,以及结构减震的概念 。
The paper introduced the characteristic aboutthe damage of the multi- story brick building with frame of first story in earthquake and the conceptof seismic release system of building.Preliminary study about seismic release system of building with frame of first story was done.
