手术室护士带教管理系统的开发

Development on the system of nurse practical teaching in operating room

目的为护士提供一个丰富、系统的学习资源，培养其信息素养能力和创新意识；为实现教学方面的全面改革提供依据。方法结合多年护理临床带教工作经验，应用计算机技术对手术室临床护理带教管理模式进行开发成为临床护理带教管理应用软件。结果系统模块划分合理，资源丰富更新快，功能齐全，可以满足教学、科研与科普学习的需要；探索出了新的带教管理模式，为临床护理工作起到了积极的推动作用。结论现代化的临床带教管理模式，提高护理管理水平；有针对性地为护士提供适时、有效的指导和帮助，促进她们的身心健康，提高了临床护理教学的功效。

Objective To provide a rich system of learning resource for nurses, enhance their awareness of creative and offer the basis for the further reform. Methods On the basis of computer technology and clinic experience, the management pattern of the new nurse practical teaching in operating room was developed. Results System module of the new system had some characterizes including rational division, rich resource, fast update, full function to meet teaching, research and science learning needs. It also explored such a new teaching management model that promoted the quality of clinical nursing. Conclusions The modern practical teaching promotes the nursing management. Adequate guidance and help should provide for new nurses in order to enhance the effects of clinical nursing teaching.
