摘要
目的研究昙花的化学成分。方法采用活性追踪,利用柱色谱和HPLC技术进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果昙花甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分显示显著的B-16生长抑制活性,从中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为腺苷(1),2′-脱氧腺苷(2),苄基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),异鼠李素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→6)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(4),山柰酚-3-O-新橙皮糖苷(5),金丝桃苷(6),山柰酚-3-洋槐糖苷(7),异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(8)和异鼠李素-3-O-洋槐糖苷(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从昙花属(Epiphyllum)植物中分离得到,其中化合物2、3、4、5和6为仙人掌科(Cactaceae)植物中首次报道。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical compositions of EpiphyUum oxypetalum (DC.) Haw. METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation, and column chromatography and HPLC. Physico-ehemieal characters and spectroscopic analyses were employed for the strucrural identification. RESULTS The ethyl acetate partition of methanol extract of E. oxypetalum, which showed strong inhibitory activity against B-16 cells, yielded 9 compounds. They were adenosine ( 1 ) , 2 '-deoxyadenosine ( 2 ) , benzyl/3-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ) , isorhamnetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl( 1 →6 ) -[ α- L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1→2 ) ] -^-D-galactopyranoside ( 4 ) , kaempferol 3 -O-neohesperidoside ( 5 ) , hyperoside ( 6 ) , kaempferol- 3-robinobioside (7) , isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside ( 8 ) and isorhamnetin 3-O-robinobioside ( 9 ). CONCLUSION All of these compounds are obtained from this Epiphyllum genus for the first time, and compound 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are firstly reported from the Caetaceae family.
