摘要
目的将明胶与壳聚糖用作微胶囊的壁材,制备西咪替丁缓释微囊。方法以明胶用量(A)、壳聚糖用量(B)、戊二醛用量(C)等三因素三水平进行L9(34)正交实验,从累积释放度方面考察,优选最佳工艺配方。结果对微囊释放度影响作用较大的因素顺序是B>A>C,选出最佳处方工艺为A2B3C1。结论以明胶与壳聚糖制备的含西咪替丁药物微囊具有良好的缓释作用。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the sustained-released microeapsules containing cimetidine with gelatin and chitosan as the basic material for the coating of mierocapsules. METHODS According to the L9 (34 ) orthogonal design, the amount of gelatin(A), chitosan( B), glutaraldehyde(C) formulas were optimized. RESULTS The factors of B, A and C showed a great effect on release rate, and the optimum formula was A2B3C1. CONCLUSION The cimetidine microcapsules with gelatin and chitosan shewed good characters of relaxation.
