汕头地区690例急性呼吸道感染患儿中人冠状病毒NL63的检测及分析 被引量：2

Analysis of human coronavirus NL63 in 690 children with acute respiratory infection in Shantou

摘要 目前所确定的人冠状病毒增至5种：HCoV-229E、HCoV-OC43、SARS．CoV、HCoV-NL63及HCoV-HKU1。其中，HCoV-NL63已在国外及国内北京、福州等地区检测发现。为了解HCoV-NL63在汕头地区的流行情况及其所致疾病的特点，对该病毒核酸进行检测及相关分析。
