高位悬吊保留齿状线分段外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔175例

High-site Suspension Saving Dentate Line,Segmental External Dissection ＆ Internal Ligation and Injection in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids of 175 Cases

为克服传统手术和PPH治疗混合痔的不足，提高治疗效果，采用高位悬吊保留齿状线分段外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔175例，治愈173例，显效2例。疗程17-25d，平均21d。随访2．5～3．0年，无复发。结果表明，该术式治疗混合痔可一次完成且费用低，术后恢复快，肛门外观平整，无肛管移位、黏膜外翻、肛门溢液等并发症和后遗症。

In order to resolve the shortcoming of traditional operation and PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids so as to enhance therapeutic effect authors adopted the combined procedure, including highsite suspension saving dentate line, segmental external dissection ＆ internal ligation and injection, to treat circumferential mixed hemorrhoids of 175 cases. As results, 173 cases were cured,2 cases were of excellent response;treatment course was 17-25days,averaged 21 days; the follow-up of 2.5-3.0 yr. did not find recurrence. Results show that the combined procedure has such advantages as primarily cure, lower cost, faster recovery after operation, smooth form of anus, no translocation of anal canal, no eversion of mucosa and no anal polyrrhea, etc complication and sequelae.
