悬吊结扎外剥加后位切开扩肛术治疗环状混合痔

Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids by Using Dissection and Posterior Incision ＆ Dilating Anus

为了提高环状混合痔的手术疗效，随机将120例环状混合痔分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。治疗组行保留肛垫悬吊结扎外剥加后位切开扩肛术，对照组行内扎外剥加后位切开扩肛术，观察术后恢复情况及并发症。结果显示，治疗组在术后疼痛，肛缘水肿，肛门漏液、漏气、狭窄，创口愈合时间，治愈率方面均优于对照组。结果表明，保留肛垫悬吊结扎外剥加后位切开扩肛术治疗环状混合痔疗效优于传统手术方法。

For the o authors divided the bjective of enhancing the efficacy of operation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids 120 patients randomly into two groups. Patients in the trial group（60 cases） underwent saving anal cusion suspension-ligation for internal hemorrhoids＆ external dissection and posterior incision and dilating anus;while patients in the controlled group（60 cases） underwent similar procedure but without anal cusion reserve. Postoperative recovery indexes and complications were observed. As results, such aspects in the trial group as postoperative pain, perianal edema, fluid incontinence, gas incontinence, stricture, healing time of wound and curative rate, etc were better than in the controlled group. It is suggested that the procedure adopted in the trial group is superior to that in the controlled group.
