双氯灭痛栓对痔术后疼痛时程影响的临床观察

Impact of Diclofenac Suppository on Postoperative pain Course：Clinical Observation

为观察双氯灭痛栓对痔手术后镇痛时程的影响及副作用，将80例痔手术患者随机分成两组，镇痛组与空白对照组各40例，观察两组患者术后镇痛时间、疼痛发生时间、持续时间及疼痛程度，尿潴留发生率，并进行比较。结果显示，采用镇痛方法的患者，术后疼痛发生时间晚（10．68h VS 6．54h），疼痛程度轻，持续时间短（8．60h VS 12．85h），尿潴留发生率低（1／40 VS 8／40）。结果表明，双氯灭痛栓对痔术后患者有长时间镇痛效果，并且能有效减少术后副作用。

The objective of this study was to observe the impact of Diclofenac suppository on postoperative pain course and its side effect. Eighty patients underwent operation were divided into two groups：analgesia group and blank controlled （without analgesia management） group（ n = 40, each group）. Such indexes of both groups as postoperative analgesia time, onset time of pain, lasting time of pain and pain extent, as well incidence of urine retention were observed and compared each other. As results, in analgesia group onset time was later（10.68h vs 6.54h of controlled group）,pain was more mild,lasting time was shorter（8.60h vs 12.85h of controlled group）,lower incidence of urine retention（1/40 vs 8/40 of controlled group）. Results show that the suppository has long-time postoperative analgesia efficacy and can effectively reduce postoperative adverse reactions.
