中药熏洗在痔切除术后的临床运用

Clinical Application of Fumigation-washing therapy with Herbal Medicine after Hemorrhoidectomy

为探讨中药熏洗对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合的影响，将180例环状混合痔外剥内扎术后的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例，紫草油纱条换药前，两组分别采用中药和PP液熏洗坐浴，治疗组在术后疼痛指数、肛缘水肿、创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组。结果表明，中药熏洗可加速痔术后创面愈合，减轻患者痛苦和减少并发症。

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of the fumigation-washing therapy with herbal medicine on healing of the wound after the external dissection and internal ligation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred and eighty cases of the disease subjected to the operation were randomly divided into the treatment group （90 cases） and the controlled group（90 cases）. The former received fumigation-washing therapy with herbal medicine before dressing change with Padix Arnebiae Seu Lithospermi oil ribbon gauze on their wounds and the latter received fumigation-washing therapy with Potassium Permanganate before dressing change on their wounds. Results showed that the treatment group was better in the aspects of postoperative pain index, postoperative edema of anal edge, the time of the wound-healing. It is proved that fumigation-washing therapy with herbal medicine before dressing change on their wounds can promote the healing for wound after the operation for hemorrhoids and relieve pain and reduce complication.
