唐古特大黄中2种鞣质类成分的含量测定

Determination of Two Tannin Compounds in Rheum Tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.

目的测定唐古特大黄中2种鞣质类成分没食子酸和儿茶素的含量。方法用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL·min?1,柱温为室温,按外标法定量。结果没食子酸的平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.28%;儿茶素的平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.37%。结论所建立的方法可准确、快速有效地测定唐古特大黄药材中鞣质类物质的含量。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of gallic acid and catechin in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf..METHODS HPLC was established on Kromasil C18 column with gradient elution.The mobile phase was methol-0.1% phosphoric acid,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature and the quantification used external standard method.RESULTS The average recovery of gallic acid was 98.6%,and the RSD was 1.28%.The average recovery of catechin was 98.8%,and the RSD was 1.37%.CONCLUSION The method is quick,simple and accurate,and it can be used for the determination of tannins in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf..
