摘要
我国理工科大学科研组织因自身诸多弊端的存在,难以应对知识经济时代更大的挑战。本文引入虚拟科研组织的概念,论述理工科大学虚拟科研组织的内涵和特征,介绍国外大学虚拟科研组织的成功实践,最后给出我国理工科大学构建虚拟科研组织的建议。
The research organizations in Chinese universities of science and technology can＇t response to the greater challenges in the era of knowledge economy,because there are so many disadvantages in these organizations.This paper introduces the notion of virtual research organization in the universities and describes its characteristics at first,then introduces a successful practice of virtual research organization in foreign universities,and at last gives some recommendations for universities of science and technology in our country to build virtual research organization.
