氟芬合剂预防老年患者骨科术后谵妄的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 谵妄是一种急性脑器质性精神障碍，是专用来描述一种特殊类型精神错乱状态的术语。除了一般精神错乱的表现外，谵妄的特征性表现是突出的感知障碍、恐怖性幻觉和生动的梦境、万花筒样排列的奇怪荒谬的幻想和错觉等，患者不能人睡，有惊厥的倾向、强烈的恐惧感和其他情感反应。根据美国精神病协会的报告．
