摘要
目的:观察马氏珠母贝肉酶解蛋白和牛磺酸对力竭运动小鼠中枢疲劳的保护性抑制作用。方法:随机将小鼠分为5组,包括:阴性对照组(W)、马氏珠母贝肉酶解蛋白组(EAP)、牛磺酸剂量1组(Tau1)、牛磺酸剂量2组(Tau2)和牛磺酸剂量3组(Tau3)。对多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)的检测采用荧光法。结果:灌胃EAP和纯品牛磺酸之后,经过力竭游泳,与对照组相比,EAP组和牛磺酸3个剂量组小鼠脑中的DA和5-HT的含量都极显著增加。EAP组、Tau1组和Tau2组的DA/5-HT的比值大于W组。结论:马氏珠母贝肉酶解蛋白和牛磺酸都具有一定的抵抗中枢神经系统疲劳的作用,牛磺酸抗中枢神经系统疲劳的作用有一定的剂量效应关系。
Objective:To observe the effect of EAP and taurine on brain monoanime neurotransmitters of exhausted mice.Method:The mice were devided into five groups at random,they are control group,EAP group,Tau1 group,Tau2 group and Tau3 group.The DA and 5-HT detection is fluorescence method.Results:After exhausted swimming the contents of DA and 5-HT of EAP,Tau1,Tau2 and Tau3 group were higher dramatically than control group.The value of DA/5-HT of group of EAP,Tau1 and Tau2 is higher than control group.Conclusion:EAP and taurine have all effect on resistance of fatigue of central nervous system,the effect of taurine shows dose effect relationship.
