摘要
目的:对多穗柯叶中的黄酮类化合物的提取和抑菌作用进行了研究。方法:采用不同提取溶剂提取多穗柯的活性成分;应用二倍稀释法对大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、藤黄八叠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠球菌等供试菌种进行抑菌实验,确定最佳的提取溶剂和确定抑菌的最低浓度。结果:发现多穗柯茶叶对其中的6种供试菌种均有不同程度的抑制作用,对白色念珠球菌没有抑菌作用。不同提取液中70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用最为明显。MIC为0.03125g/mL。
Object:study on extracting of the flavones and bacteriostasis function of Lithocarpus polystarch.Method:Selected different extraction solvent extraction many leaves of Lithocarpus polystach the active constituent.Using two time of dilution methods,to Proteus vulgaris,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Sarcina lutea,Bacillus subtilis,Enterococcus faecalis,Monilia albican conducte the bacteriostasis research.Determines the best extraction solvent determination bacteriostasis the lowest density.Result:Discovered many of Lithocarpus polystach for tries the mold mushroom spawn to 6 kinds to have the varying degree inhibitory action,did not have the bacteriostasis function to the Monilia albicans.In different extracting liquid,bacteriostasis function of 70% ethanol solution was obvious,the MIC was 0.03125 g/mL.
