The Charging System of the Local Telephone Network

计费和帐务系统是本地电话网中最重要的管理系统之一。就在线数据采集、实时或准实时计费、集中帐务系统提出实现方案，以取代现有的非在线、非实时及分散计费方式，并给出了具体实现的网络结构。

The charging system is of great importance in the management architecture of local telephone networks.In this paper,the system based on on line data acquisition and real time or semi real time and centralized charging is proposed instead of the existing charging systems which are off line,not real time and decentralized.The architecture of the computer networks for the charging system is also presented.
