我国流动人员人事档案立法与执法探析

本文在对我国流动人员人事档案立法、执法情况及主要问题进行系统分析的基础上,提出必须从填补流动人员人事档案管理立法空白、剔除立法条款中不衔接及矛盾之处、增强流动人员人事档案管理执法力度等方面,加强我国流动人员人事档案法制建设。

Based on the analysis of the main problems exisisting in the legsislation and enforcement of rotators＇personnel file management in China,the author puts forward that the government should take measures to establish refined regulations,to eliminate the divergences and contradictories in existing laws and regualtions,and to intensify the implementation of exsiting regulations,in order to improve the legal system of the rotators＇personnel file management in China.
