摘要
为了解鄱阳湖生物体内有机氯农药的残留和富集状况,分析了康山水域的2种鱼类和1种贝类以及湖口水域的3种鱼类和3种贝类体内的六六六(BHCs)、滴滴涕(DDTs)和六氯苯(HCB)的质量分数.结果表明:康山水域鱼、贝类体内w(BHCs)为0.04~1.53μg/kg(平均值为0.282μg/kg),w(DDTs)为0.09~5.38μg/kg(平均值为1.856μg/kg),w(HCB)为0.075~0.55μg/kg(平均值为0.210μg/kg);湖口水域鱼、贝类体内w(BHCs)为nd^0.43μg/kg(平均值为0.168μg/kg),w(DDTs)为0.56~18.76μg/kg(平均值为4.172μg/kg),w(HCB)为0.15~1.28μg/kg(平均值为0.723μg/kg).DDTs和HCB的检出率和质量分数显著高于BHCs,其中p,p′-DDE和α-BHC分别为DDTs和BHCs的优势组分.所检测样品的残留水平均未超过我国农业部、美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)和联合国粮农组织(FAO)颁布的标准.
In order to estimate the residue and accumulation of OCPs in some aquatic organisms in Poyang Lake, the concentrations of BHCs, DDTs and HCB in two fish species and one mussel species from. Kangshan area, and three fish species and three mussel species from Hukou area, were analyzed. The results showed that the concentrations of BHCs, DDTs and HCB in fish and mussels from Kangshan area were 0.04-1.53 ug/kg ( average value 0. 282 ug/kg) , 0. 09-5.38 ug/kg ( average value 1. 856 ug/kg) and 0. 075- 0. 55 ug/kg ( average value 0. 210 ug/kg) , respectively; the concentrations of BHCs, DDTs and HCB in fish and mussels from Hukou area were nd-0. 43 ug/kg ( average value 0. 168 ug/kg) , 0. 56-18.76 ug/kg ( average value 4. 172 ug/kg) and 0. 15-1.28 ug/kg (average value 0. 723 ug/kg) , respectively. In terms of concentration and frequency of occurrence, DDTs and HCB were higher than BHCs. The predominant form of DDT contaminant was p, p'-DDE, while a-BHC was the major form of BHC contaminant. Nevertheless, the amounts of DDT and BHC residues in fish and mussel samples were still lower than the threshold values set by the Ministry of Agriculture of China, as well as by FDA and FAO.
