摘要
针对300 t造船龙门起重机的实际工作情况,进行了起重机动力特性的研究。以有限元软件ANSYS为基础平台,通过对结构的模态分析,得到了起重机的自振频率和振型。通过数值模拟不同工况的起吊过程,进行了起重机的应力和位移分析。结果表明:柔性支腿和主梁的连接部位是整体的薄弱环节,2种工况下主梁最大挠度均发生在距柔性支腿约1/4处位置。
According to the actual working status of 300 t shipbuilding gantry crane,a research of dynamic characteristic for the crane was carried out.Using finite element software ANSYS for the basic platform,natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained from modal analysis of the structure.By numerical simulation of lifting process under different working conditions,the analysis of stress and displacement were conducted.The results show that connection part between the flexible outrigger and main girder was the weakness of the whole crane,the maximum deflection of main girder under two working conditions were both taken place in the position where the distance from flexible outrigger is 1/4 of the length of main girder.
