摘要
针对车用发动机动力性和经济性研究的要求,提出了基于虚拟仪器的发动机燃烧分析系统设计方案。采用压电传感器获取缸内压力信号,采用光电编码器输出作为始点信号和扫描时钟;基于工业控制计算机和1394总线数据采集单元设计了系统硬件,软件采用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW开发。发动机燃烧分析系统实现了多通道定角度采样、多周期连续数据采集和数据处理功能。现场试验表明系统工作可靠,为发动机燃烧过程的研究提供了先进的试验手段。
According to the requirements of dynamic and fuel economic performance research, an engine combustion analysis system based on virtual instrument was designed.In-cylinder pressure signal was obtained through piezoelectricity sensor.Optic electric encoder output was taken as start position signal and scan clock.Hardware of the system was designed with IPC and data acquisition unit with 1394 communication bus.Software was developed with LabVIEW.Function of multi channel angel based sampling,continuous multi cycle data acquisition and data processing were realized.Experiment results show that the system works well and provides an advanced means for research of engine combustion process.
