Research on Joint Models of Age Replacement and Spare Ordering

针对基于寿命的预先维修与备件供应的联合优化问题,考虑了备件剩余寿命对联合模型的影响,分别将剩余寿命作为目标函数和约束条件建立了联合模型。仿真计算表明,剩余寿命对于联合策略的优化具有重要作用,目标函数中包含剩余寿命的模型更具可行性。

For jointing optimization model of age replacement and spare provision,remaining life of spares is considered.Improved models are established which aim to cover remaining life of spares in objective functions or constraints.Numerical experiments indicate that remaining life of spares is important to joint models and improved models are more cost-effective.
