企业信息管理系统中产品质量跟踪与追溯的研究与实现

Research and Application of Product Quality Tracking and Traceability In Enterprise Information Management System

针对不同行业生产方式和运作特点的差异导致产品质量监督过程各异的问题,提出了一种通用灵活的,适合各类企业进行产品质量跟踪追溯要求的模型。突破以往模型对批次标识等单一依据的依赖,通过路径配置工具,设置跟踪追溯路径及路径上各节点间的关联关系;继而,跟踪追溯模型满足对路径上任意两节点间的跟踪追溯要求,并能同时查询该路径上符合跟踪追溯条件的信息。通过在某涂料企业MES管理系统中的具体实施说明其可行性,有效性。

Every industry has its own production method and operating feature. So it leads to discrepancy in quality monitor procedures. To deal with the problem, a flexible model which is suitable for various kinds of enterprises to execute pruduct quality tracking and traceability. Break rely on single basis such as batch in ago model. Set tracking and racing path and incidence relation between each node on path recur to path configuration tool. Then tracking and racing model satisfies tracking and racing needs between any two nodes and inquires related information on path in keeping with tracking and racing conditions. The implementation results of MES （ Manufac- turing Execution System）in a certain coating enterprises Show the feasibility and validity of the model.
