摘要
"大跃进"和人民公社化运动中由于各种大办层出不穷,江苏省无偿调拨或低价强买群众房屋约250万间,其中拆毁房屋130.2万间,造成移民206万人。从1961年开始,江苏省在中共中央和华东局的领导下对移民进行了有效的退赔安置,1969年底移民退赔安置工作结束。移民退赔安置有力地促进了江苏省经济的调整,成为国民经济好转的重要环节之一。
During the'Great Leap Forward'and the movement of people's communes the various campaigns of'going in for it in a big way'were launched one after another.As a result,about 2.5 million of rooms were commandeered or forcefully bought at very low prices in Jiangsu Province,of which 1.302 million rooms were dismantled,and 2.06 million people became immigrants.Beginning from 1961,under the leadership of the Central Committee and the East China Bureau the Jiangsu government took effective measures to return the rooms forcefully taken and pay compensations to these immigrants and made proper arrangements for them.The work lasted until the end of 1969.All these measures greatly promoted the economic adjustments throughout Jiangsu and proved to be an important factor to make the national economy turn for the better.
