摘要
本文首先分析了知识源在隐性知识转移发生前、中、后的各项成本,然后通过将激励理论、知识管理理论以及人力资本理论相结合,探讨了知识源在隐性知识转移中的各项需要,并明确了企业个人隐性知识转移的激励模式,在此基础上,根据相应的分析结果设计了促进知识源转移知识的激励机制。
This paper first analyzes the cost of knowledge sources which takes place before,during and after the tacit knowledge transfer.Then,by combining the incentive theory,knowledge management theory and human capital theory,the paper discusses various requirements of knowledge sources in tacit knowledge transfer and clarifies the incentive modes of individual knowledge transfer in the enterprise.Based on this,in accordance with the corresponding analysis results,the incentive mechanism for promoting knowledge sources to transfer knowledge is designed.
