Application Study of Expert knowledge Map Based on Social Network Analysis

首先介绍了专家知识地图的概念,分析了跨学科知识创新活动对其新的应用需求;然后阐述了社会网络分析法的基本原理,分析了二者的结合在科研组织管理中的应用;最后从社会网络分析的视角出发,运用中心度分析、凝聚子群分析等方法,结合实例对专家知识地图中成员的相互关系和网络特征进行了分析,给出了在跨学科科研项目的组织和管理中选择权威人物、避开人际关系干扰以及科研合作关系状况分析等具体方法。

Firstly,the concept of expert knowledge map is introduced,and the new demand for the application of expert knowledge map in interdisciplinary knowledge innovation is analyzed.Then,the basic principle of social network analysis is expounded,and the application of the combination of the two in scientific research organization and management is discussed.Finally,from the perspective of social network analysis,by the use of the methods such as centrality analysis and cohesive subgroup analysis,and in combination with examples,the relationships among the members of the expert knowledge map and their network characteristics are analyzed,and the methods for the organization and management of the interdisciplinary scientific research projects such as how to select authoritative personnel,how to evade disturbance from human relationships and how to analyze the cooperation relationships in scientific research are given.
