摘要
本文在分析团队特征与当前竞争情报需求匹配的基础上,提出团队式竞争情报组织设计,探讨竞争情报团队形式及其作用,并对团队在竞争情报活动中发挥的两个主要功能——团队决策功能和团队学习机制进行深入研究。
Based on the analysis of the match between the characteristics of the team and the current demand for competitive intelligence,this article puts forward the concept of competitive intelligence team,and discusses its form and role.The article makes a deep study of the 2 major functions of the team in competitive intelligence activities-team decision-making and team learning mechanism.
