摘要
目的:用气相色谱-质谱法对维药刺糖挥发油进行成分分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取刺糖挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果:从挥发油中共鉴定出62个化合物,占挥发油总量的93.94%。主要组成为:2,3-二甲基丁烷、甲基环戊烷、5-乙酰基二氢-2(3H)-呋喃酮、3-己酮、2-乙基-1-十二烯、庚烷等成分。结论:分析结果可为刺糖的质量控制提供依据。
Objective:To establish a GC-MS method for the analysis of the chemical components of essential oil from Saccharum Alhagi.Methods:The essential oils were extracted by water-steam distillation and separated by GC capillary column chromatography.The components were calculated with normalization methods,and were identified by MS detector.Results:Sixty-two components were identified from the essential oils and their amount accounted to be 93.94%.The main components were 2,3-dimethylbutane,methylcyclopentane,5-acetyldihydro-2(3H)-furanone,3-hexanone,2-ethyl-1-dodecene,and heptane.Conclusion:This method can be applied to analyze the essential oil components extracted from Saccharum Alhagi.
