摘要
临床药师对1例乙肝透析患者进行病情评估,参与药物选择、剂量调整、服药方法的药学监护,并进行疗效评价,探讨临床药师的工作思路与实践。
This article described the pharmaceutical care for a dialysis patient with virus B hepatitis.The clinical pharmacists took part in pharmaceutical care in choosing drugs,adjusting administration and dose,and evaluating the therapeutic effect.Based on the pharmaceutical care of this case,we discussed the consideration and practice of clinical pharmaceutical care.
