基于知识管理的企业危机度AHP测算研究

Research on Knowledge Management-based Measurement of Degree of Enterprise Crisis by the Use of AHP Method

企业危机度指的是企业危机状态、程度。危机度既可以用来预警,也可以用来判断危机恶化的程度,以便作为危机恢复的依据,因而它是一个较为全面的指标。本文从知识管理角度,建立了一套企业危机度测算指标体系,并采取AHP方法,测算出企业的危机度。

Degree Of Enterprise Crisis（DOEC）refers to the status or degree of enterprise crisis.DOEC can be used both for the crisis early warning and for the determination of the deterioration degree of the crisis,so it serves as the basis for crisis resumption,and thus it＇s a more comprehensive indicator.From the perspective of knowledge management,this article constructs a set of indicator system used to measure the degree of enterprises crisis,and measures the DOEC by the use of AHP method.
