饲料对洋虫体内营养成分的影响

Nutritional Components of Martianus Dermestoides Chevrolat Reared in Five Different Diets in Different Periods

采用大米粉、大豆粉、小麦面粉、玉米爆米花、中草药5种饲料饲喂洋虫,分析洋虫幼虫、蛹、成虫体内蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和多糖的含量,结果表明:5种饲料对洋虫幼虫、蛹、成虫各阶段营养成分影响显著。不同饲料饲喂后,蛋白质含量最高的是爆米花蛹,脂肪含量最高的是爆米花幼虫和大米粉幼虫,氨基酸含量最高的是大豆粉饲喂下的成虫,不同发育阶段洋虫体内多糖含量均比较低。

We determined the protein, fat, polysaccharides, amino acids elements of larvae, Pupa and adult of Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on five different diets. The results showed that diets have the significant influence on nutritional components of Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat in different periods. The pupa of M. dermestoides Chevrolat which is fed on the herbal medicine meal and popcorn and the larva which is fed on the soybean meal are the highest in the content of protein; The larva of M. dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on the popcorn and soyriee are highest in the content of the fat; The larva of M. dermestoldes Chevrolat feeding on the flour and soyrice in the content of the polysaecharides; The adult of M. dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on the flour, soybean and soyrice are highest in the content of the amino.
