摘要 大豆菌核病是由核盘菌侵染所造成的一种世界性病害,其寄主广泛,危害严重。在中国油菜、大豆和保护地蔬菜的菌核病问题尤为突出,严重时会导致毁灭性的损失。此试验从3种人工接种方法中筛选了一套简单易行的茎干切割的方法,对黑龙江主栽的大豆品种进行了苗期菌核病的耐病性鉴定,鉴定出耐病资源9份,占总鉴定材料的18%。为今后的大豆抗菌核病育种工作奠定坚实的理论和实践基础。 Sclerotinia stem rot, caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, is a major soybean disease throughout the world. It is among the most nonspecific, omnivorous, and successful of plant pathogens. On soybean, it is a major disease that causes substantial yield losses in the Northeast of China.We use cut stem inoculation of single-shoot grafts from three methods to Evaluation of Resistance of soybean in Heilongjiang province. Breeding for disease resistance for the future and lay a solid theoretical and empirical basis.
