Defines the standards of the effect of image scrambling, appends a method for calculating image scrambling and fills on the vacancy of the method of calculating the image scrambling effect of a systematic evaluation.Firstly, combined chaotic theory, the concept of entropy and self-image attributes, the definition of a chaos image of the standards is introduced, a process of creating a piece of the chaos image is given according to the definition.Secondly on the basis of defining the standard of a disorderly image, a method of relative scrambling degree is provided, which is used to evaluate the effect of scrambled image.Systematic analyses of experimental results are carried out.The sensibility, availability and adaptability of the method reported are valid.Finally, a frame of evaluating the method of evaluation effect of scrambling image is discussed.
