生物质平模成型机错位磨损理论研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了有效降低在设计阶段因压辊轴倾角、偏移量选择不合理而造成所设计出的成型机在工作过程中压辊和平模的磨损,依据功能基本原理,对压辊、平模的磨损原因进行了剖析,发现了因速度差引起的错位磨损现象,其后进行建模、推导得到评价磨损的错位效应;采用Matlab软件进行编程、数值处理,获取图形图像,得到不同压辊轴倾角、偏移量对总错位效应的影响,结论是:适当减小偏移量和压辊轴倾角,能有效降低错位磨损。 To effectively reduce the abrasion of plane-die and roller (parts of briquetting machine) , which was caused by unreasonable choices of roller axis inclination and offsets at the design stage,according to the basic principles of work and power,this paper made an analysis on the reason about the abrasion of plane-die and roller,found dislocation abrasion phenomenon due to the speed differences,then gained dislocation effect to evaluate abrasion after modeling and deducing; gained the impact of different roller axis inclination and offsets on the overall dislocation effect by programming ,numerical processing and graph generating based on Matlab software.The conclusion is: Appropriate decreases of roller axis inclination and offsets can reduce the dislocation abrasion effectively.
