轮胎式集装箱起重机(RTG)是港口集装箱堆场的主要起重装卸设备,一般采用柴油机组发电驱动,油耗较大。本文主要分析了轮胎式集装箱起重机目前存在的不足及进行"油改电"项目实施的必要性,并对项目实施的原理、措施及方案进行了论述,最后通过比较得出采用低架刚体滑线方式和低架滑触线方式是轮胎式集装箱起重机"油改电"的理想方式。

Rubber tyre gantry （RTG） is the mainly equipment for lifting and unloading heavy objects, it is generally powered by the diesel oil unit electricity generation actuation, but the oil consumption is big. This article has mainly analyzed the insufficiency which the rubber tyre gantry hoist crane exists at present and necessity of the project implementation：＇oil change the electricity＇, and also stated the project implementation principle, the measure and the plan, finally obtains by comparing that the ideal way for ＇oil changes an electricity＇is the low smooth rigid body line way and the low rack slides to touch line way.
