摘要
刨花施胶系统是一个非线性、滞后、强惯性的系统。为了揭示不同生产工况下,施胶管路内的胶液流动、滞后时间、施胶压力等参数的变化规律,建立施胶系统的流体动力学模型,本文设计了DSP为下位机控制核心的建模系统,并实现对动力学建模所需的相关数据的采集,取得了很好的效果。
Particleboard Sizing system is nonlinear and inertial system with lag. This paper aims at to reveal the parameters transformation law of the glue fluxion, lag time and pressure of glue spreading in the pipe working in different situations. Fluid dynamics model of glue spreading system has been built. The modeling system based on DSP has been designed. It could perform data collection. The result is satisfactory.
