摘要
税收部门在加强加油站库存环节征税管理时,需要测量埋地油罐的容积,为此设计了一种基于激光分层扫描的检测方法。仪器采用激光传感器测距、光电编码器测角,由工控机控制测量过程实现等弦长测量路径,采用B样条曲线插值加密数据点,利用梯形公式计算断层面积,再求体积,自动生成容积表。该测量方法自动化程度高,测量周期短,能够减少了对加油站停业的时间,同时减轻测量的工作强度。
In order to strengthen the management of taxation in gas station inventory links, the tax authorities need to measure the volume of underground oil tank. A fast test equipment based on laser scanning in tomography is designed. It use laser measuring distance, photoelectric encoder measuring the angle, the industrial control computer process to achieve invariable chord length in measurement path, use B-spline curve interpolation encrypted data points, calculate tomography area by trapezoid formula, then calculate volume, automatically generate volume tables. The speed of auto-detect measurement method is faster than traditional methods, thereby reducing the measured intensity of work, reducing the impact of normal business on the station.
