中国居民血脂水*平变动趋势分析

The analysis of the trend of serum lipid levels of Chinese residents

目的回顾分析我国居民血脂异常患病率和血脂水平的变动趋势。方法收集我国居民近几十年部分地区居民血脂异常、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平变动情况的资料,进行整理汇总及描述流行病学研究。结果我国居民血脂异常患病率和血脂水平都有明显的增高趋势,这与我国居民疾病谱和死亡谱的变化相符合。结论我国居民的健康正受到高血脂所带来的疾病的威胁,相关的预防控制措施亟待加强。

Objective： To analyze the prevalence rate of serum lipid level of Chinese residents. Methods：The data of prevalence of dyslipidemia, cholesterol and triglyceride levels of Chinese residents were collected. The data were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology methods. Results ： The present uptrend of serum lipids was critical, which was consistent with the change of spectrum of disease and spectrum of death. Conclusion ： The preventive measures need to be strengthened to contol diseases caused by high blood lipids.
