52例低位直肠癌保肛根治术的体会

The experience of anus-preserving radical resection in treatment of 52 cases with lower rectal carcinoma

目的探讨低位直肠癌患者行保肛根治术的临床应用。方法对2004年7月～2009年7月间收治的低位直肠癌行保肛术的52例病人进行回顾性分析。结果术后近期并发症为吻合口瘘2例，经保守治疗而愈，吻合口癌肿复发2例，肝转移2例，控便率82．6％。结论严格掌握保肛手术指征、合理选择患者、规范手术是低位直肠癌保肛根治手术成功的关键。

Objective： To explore the clinical application of anus-preserving radical resection in treatment of patients with lower rectal carcinoma. Methods ： 52 cases of lower rectal cancer underwent anterior resection were reviewed from July 2004 to July 2009. Results ： Postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in 2 cases, they were treated with the more conservative treatment. Anastomotic recurrence of cancer cases occurred in 2 patients. Hepatic metastasis occurred in 2 patients. The rate of self-control stools was 82.6%. Conclusion ： Strict controling the indication of anus-preserving operation, a reasonable choice of patients and standard operation were key to successful radical rectal cancer operation.
