摘要
目的优化热水浸提黄精多糖的工艺流程。方法采用(43)正交实验法。结果因素影响多糖收率的顺序为:提取温度>固液比>提取次数>时间。结论水提醇析法提取黄精多糖的最佳组合为A2B3C1D2,即温度80℃,固液比1:15,提取次数2次,时间120 min。
Objective:To optimize the flow-sheet of extracting polygonatum polysaccharides with hot water diffusion. Methods : The crosscut experiments (43 ) were employed. Results : The factor sequence of influencing polysaccharides yield were extracting temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extracting frequency, and diffusion period. Conclusion: The optimal combination of extracting polygonatum polysaccharides with hot water diffusion is A2B3C1D2: extracting temperature is 40℃, solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 20, extracting frequency is 2 and diffusion period is 120 minutes.
