猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是目前养猪业中一种严重的病毒性传染病,分布广泛且对养猪业造成巨大损失。就该病的临床症状,病理变化,血清学,分子生物学等诊断与检测方法的研究进展进行综述。

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） is presently one of the most important viral infectious diseases, which has spread widely and caused huge loss to world pig industry. This review is focus on the development of various diagnosis methods, such as clinical diagnosis, etiology diagnosis, serologic tests and molecular biologic tests.
