摘要
为筛选出适合广东冬季种植的耐寒性糯玉米品种并探索最佳播种期,以北方糯玉米品种香糯618、黄糯1号、蠡北白糯、燕禾金2000、申糯2号、雪糯2号、中糯2号、江南花糯、燕禾金2005、农大白早糯,与广东品种香白糯、广糯1号进行对比试验。首先比较物候期并进行显著性分析;对以上糯玉米品种三叶期叶片、抽丝期未授粉的花丝,测定其SOD活性和MDA含量,并结合生长期平均气温,比较其耐寒性;测定籽粒的粗淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪含量,比较不同品种的籽粒营养水平含量;最后结合口感效果及考种数据,筛选出品质较好的耐寒性品种。结果表明,所引进的10个北方品种中,在第一播期下耐寒性显著优于其他品种的有蠡北白糯和燕禾金2000;第二播期下有香糯618、黄糯1号、农大白早糯、中糯2号、蠡北白糯。而品质最好的是燕禾金2000、雪糯2号和燕禾金2005。综合各项指标,筛选出燕禾金2000为10个品种中最适合广东冬种的耐寒糯玉米品种。
In order to select the waxy corn which fit for the winter Cultivation in Guangdong, 10 waxy corn varieties were chose from North China and two varieties from Guangdong for the control, they are Xiang Nuo618, Huang nuo Yi Hao, Ni Bei Bai Nuo, Yan He Jin2000, Shen Nuo No. 1, Xue Nuo No.2, Zhong Nuo No.2, Jiang Nan Hua Nuo, Yan He Jin2005, Nong Da Bai Zao Nuo, Xiang Bai Nuo, Guang Nuo Yi Hao. The blades on seedling stage and filaments on florescence were picked to test the SOD and MDA. By comparing the chilling resistance through the value of SOD and MDA, measuring the contents of amylon, amylopectin, protein and fat of the seeds, as well as tasting them, the waxy corns which with both higher chilling resistance and quality were selected. The results of the experiment showed that the chilling resistance of the varieties Li Bei Bai Nuo and Yan He Jin2000 in sowing date one and Xiang Nuo618, Huang Nuo Yi Hao, Nong Da Bai Zao Nuo, Zhong Nuo Er Hao and Li Bei Bai Nuo in sowing date two were better than controls obviously. The quality of Yan He Jin2000, Xue Nou No.2 and Yan He Jin2005 were the best. To sum up, Yan He Jin2000 was the best one from 10 waxy corns across the country which suit to the winter cultivation in Guangdong.
