摘要 简要概述了亚麻籽在食品、保健和饲料等领域的利用价值和最新进展。依据FAO的统计数据对过去半个世纪世界亚麻籽生产和贸易进行了分析,结果显示,截止到2007年中国是世界亚麻籽生产第二大国,仅低于加拿大,产量为4.8×105t,占世界总产量的25.6%,同时也是亚麻籽进口大国,世界排名第四,说明中国亚麻籽生产处于供不应求状态,未来还有广阔的发展空间。通过对市场开发前景、油用亚麻的生物学特点和作物比较效益等的分析,提出在中国北方发展亚麻籽生产的必要性和可行性。 This article briefly summarized the values and the new scientific advances of linseed in the fields of food, health products and feed. On the basis of analyzed on the FAO statistical data of the worldls linseed production and trade, indicated that China was the second largest producer of linseed in the world, being exceeded only by Canada, its production is 4.8×10^5 t, accounting for 25.6% of the world total production by 2007, at the same time China is the fourth largest linseed importing country in the world, the present condition of production of linseed is demand exceeds supply in China and have a broad development space in future. The article analyzed the prospects of market development, biological characteristic of the linseed and comparative benefits of crop, and proposed the necessity and feasibility to develop linseed production in the northeast of China.
