基于本体的政务数据仓库构建方法研究

Research on construction method of government's data warehouse based on ontology

针对当前的政务数据仓库构建过程中面临需求难于确定和元数据不能重用的问题,提出通过建立政务领域本体来构建政务数据仓库。阐述了政务数据仓库构建的一般开发过程以及数据仓库中元数据的作用和意义,然后引入本体的思想指导政务数据仓库的构建,用于解决需求不确定以及元数据缺乏标准的问题,最后给出采用领域本体来构建政务数据仓库的过程。在此基础上,给出了实例来说明基于本体的政务数据仓库构建的过程,并将该方法成功用于企业基础信息数据仓库的构建。

To the problems that the demands are difficult to determine and meta-data can not be used in administrative data warehouse process,constructing the government data warehouse through the domain ontology is presented.Firstly,the general process of the con-struction of the government data warehouse and the importance and significance of metadata in data warehouse is expounded,and then the ideological of ontology is adopted to guide the construction of the chief ontology data warehouse to solve the problems of the demand uncertainty and the lack of metadata standards.Finally,the process of the construction of the government data warehouse based on on-tology is presented.On this basis,an example to illustrate the construction process of the ontology-based data government warehouse is proposed,and this method is successfully applied to construct the enterprise data warehouse of the basis information.
