析音乐家冼星海的个性心理倾向性——星海事业成功的心理因素探究之二

An Exploration of Xian Xinghai's Success in Career with Analysis of Psychological Factors

冼星海为音乐而奋斗的成就动机是其个性心理倾向中的核心因素。他的好奇、探索动机是围绕新音乐创造、新音乐形式为目标的,其创作的许多作品都展现了新形式的因素。星海的兴趣最强烈最集中的是音乐,同时也具有广阔性,美术、书法、诗词、社会科学理论等,都是他所热爱的。这些热爱终其一生,稳定持久。做一个大音乐家是星海年轻时的理想。后来他把个人理想与社会理想相结合,投身救亡歌咏运动,并确信通过自己的音乐创作和其它音乐实践活动,可以为新音乐的兴盛、民族解放的胜利出力。星海的价值观在为音乐而生存,为中国新音乐而生存,为中国抗战音乐而生存的循环中往返。星海个性心理倾向具有集中性、稳定性、时空超越性,这些倾向所激发的动力、吸力、耐力之合力,成为星海事业成功的基本保证与重要因素。

Xian Xinghai＇s motivation of devoting to music was a core factor of his psychological bias. Original elements exhibited in many of his works were attributed to his curiosity and explorative motives. Xinghai held a strong and intense interest in music, while arts, calligraphy, poetry and theory of social science were at the same time his life-long likings. As a young man, he intergrated his dream of becoming a great musician with ideals of the society and later dedicated himself to the national salvation singing movement, and he fmnly believed that his music composition and other music activities could contribute to the development of New Music and the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, which reflected his values of living for Music, for New Music of China, and for Anti-Japanese Music. Concentration, stability and transcendence were the characteristics of his psychological bias, which evoked dynamic, attraction and endurance, forming an overall strength and becoming a fundamental guarantee and an important factor of his success in career.
